Job Purpose :

• To control production to ensure lowest cost of product, high quality of product, right quantity and timeliness in line with F&N standards and production plan, manage people and machine safety including environment

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Plan and adjust operational activities by situation assessment according to available information and resources for best production efficiency.
• Set up and execute trainings and update programs for shop floor operators on production principle , quality ,etc.
• Prepare related and necessary information for standard audits :HACCP,FSSC 22000,GMP and etc
• Ensure proper production process is executed to manufacture goods in line with set standard.
• Solve operational problems in production process with preventive and corrective actions.
• Maximize use of line, labor and energy operations and cost control systems as well as keeping efficiency rates of manpower, materials, machines and energy within prescribed standards to ensure low cost operation.
• Control material and energy usage and output to monitor losses and improvement.
• Coordination with all related departments on a daily basis to ensure smooth production operation ,such as RMP, Engineering ,Quality Assurance ,etc.
• Guide team and provide suggestions to improve productivity and
• efficiency of production.
• Coordinate the information flow from management to the shop floor

Job Requirements/ Qualifications :

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in food Science or Food Engineering
• Working Experience: 0-2 years experience in food manufacturing

Job Purpose :

• To manage quality system, manage quality certification by certified body, ensuring the quality of all products to be released and handling product complaints.
• To coordinate with Factory and IMS for technical support.
• To support other related assignment to promote effectiveness of company’s goals.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Implement the quality systems such as Process Focus , GMP & HACCP.
• Manage quality certification of FNDT by certified body.
• Manage quality Audit to all certified supplier.
• Manage product complaint handling.
• Technical assistant by promoting by the use of best practices and continuous improvement.
• Do co-ordination with IMS to support knowledge and information for Import/Export.
• Guardian of RM/PM and FG Specification.

Job Requirements/ Qualifications :

• Educational Background: Bachelor degree or higher in Science / Microbiology / Chemist / Food Science / Biotechnology or related field.
• Working Experience: Quality assurance function in food factory for at least 10 years

Job Purpose :

• Manage and control for Preventive Maintenance of Electrical Power, Fire Alarm System, Access Control System and CCTV System for functional and high performance.
• Manage and control for all factory automation maintenance system.
• Contribute for Energy mana
• management Report, Energy saving project with monitoring, inspection, analyze and coordinate with stakeholder to improve energy usage.
• Participate manufacturing projects to support and standardize electrical power & automation devices.

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Monitoring and reporting plan of Maintenance & Repair for Electrical Power System and Automation System.
• Management and Control for Energy management, reporting, inspection with analyze data for improvement and energy saving project.
• Maintain Electrical & Automation Standard and standardize devices for Factory project.
• Analyze Electrical Power & Automation System Condition, data monitoring for stability and performance.
• Comply for all safety regulation-Electrical, Yearly Inspection and Internal/External Audit.
• Support individual assignment to complete the major task.
• Control Electrical & Automation PM. Master scheduling all plant machinery and facility including RCA failure of critical machine breakdown

Job Requirements/ Qualifications :

• Educational Background: Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Power, Electronics or Automation Engineer.
• Working Experience: 3-5 years experience in M&R Electrical and Automation System
